- Program is valid off-season from Oct.1 through May 14.
- Users are required to provide complete contact details in order to participate in the bidding process.
- Offers must be submitted between 24 and 72 hours in advance of arrival.
- It is at the sole discretion of Turtle Rock Resort to accept or refuse any of the submitted offers.
- Offers apply to a restricted inventory only and are subject to availability.
- The user will be informed about the acceptance of the offer within 24 hours.
- Once an offer is accepted by Turtle Rock Resort, the user is required to confirm the reservation by phone (800-353-9754) within 12 hours with a valid credit card; the charged amount is non refundable.
- Multiple offers for the same reservations will not be accepted and will be confirmed by the highest submitted offer.
- Submitted offers can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
- The cottage rental rate is subject to applicable city and state taxes and fees.
- The cottage rental rate is for 2 guests; additional guests are $15/per guest per night extra. Cottages may accommodate up to 6 persons.
- Minimum stay is 2 days. A one-day stay may be negotiated with a $15 cleaning fee.
- Some cottages are pet-friendly. If you will be staying with furry friends, there is a pet fee of $15/pet per night, up to a maximum of $40/week
